Report something in the feed

Every whip and every comment carries a ⋯ menu with Report. That reaches us directly and is the fastest route — faster than email, because it tells us exactly which whip you mean. We aim to review every report within 24 hours and we remove what breaks the Terms of Use.

The same menu carries Block and Hide. Those take effect on your phone at once, and cover everything that person has made and everything they make later.

Delete your data

Open Settings → Delete everything & start over. It removes your whips, likes, comments, contributions and account record from our servers, and wipes the app on your phone. It cannot be undone.

Deleting the app on its own does not do this — the key that identifies you lives in the device keychain and survives. Delete everything first, then delete the app.

Something is broken

Tell us what you were doing and what happened. The version number at the bottom of Settings tells us which build you are on — include it, and we will not have to ask.

A whip did not come out right

That is not always a fault. Whips are written by a language model from the sentence you type, so the same sentence twice gives two different things, and some come out wrong. Try again, or try describing it differently — one screen, one gesture, and say what should happen when you touch it.
